Description of problem:
ibus randomly failed to work in Gnome / kde application with Ctrl+Space. I have only Keymap selected (remove other for Punjabi). Punjabi Jhelum layout is there

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. sometime ibus failed to trigger with Ctrl+Space
2. Gnome and KDe both has problem
3. 
  
Actual results:
it is not working Ctrl+Space, but manual need to select.

Expected results:
it should work with Ctrl+Space

it is not random, but produced 100%
