I can confirm this issue with the last three update pushes. PackageKit states the software is not from a trusted source and asks for admin credentials. Using yum there is no warning at all. I have the same issue but I don't have RPMFusion in my repo list I also have the issue. I am using RPMFusion, however none of the packages being updated come from there.
