Description of problem:
When selecting a dashboard via Webadmin, the webadmin should verify the received content for the following:
1. Correct Report (Dashboard) received by Name, URL etc.
2. Not a blank page
3. Timeout session

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Webadmin and select System Dashboard - Ok
2.Select (From Tree pane) other - Cluster / Datacenter
  
Actual results:
Not getting anything - blank or unavailable report

Expected results:
Correct error message should reflect the problem

also, text disappears from Search text-bar (see bug 844902)
