Need to test below for statedump changes:

* One of the main fix was to make sure no 'deadlock' has happened while taking statedump. Can be tested by issuing SIGUSR1 signal continuously on the process and it should not hang.

* Timestamp added to the name of the dump file
* 'Begin' and 'End' markers added to statedump file, helps to make sure the file is completely dumped before copying.

* The statedump file generated from 'sosreport' should not have all the inode information instead should only have inode data, for which there is a lock held [patch still in review as i write this comment]
