Description of problem:
To be consistent with bug 874755, we should update the online help descriptions for the repos --enable and --disable to include "(can be specified more than once)".

  --disable=REPOID  repo to disable


Expected results:
  --enable=REPOID   repo to enable (can be specified more than once)
  --disable=REPOID  repo to disable (can be specified more than once)

Fixed in the 1.8.2 version of subscription-manager or python-rhsm

requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for
potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently
