A tiny simple way to do classic inheritance in js.

This package is part of the npm stack and a future F19 Feature for Node.js.

A license text of WTFPL, not MIT, is included in upstream git repo.

Builds are failing due to a forgotten epoch in the v8 dependency introduced in a nodejs update I pushed earlier.  I'll retry tomorrow.
