Description of problem:
In subscription-manager-gui the system preferences dialog's dropdowns do not have at-spi locators.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
subscription-manager-gui-1.8.0-1.git.118.3f0cf12.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open subscription-manager-gui
2. Register your system to any server
3. System > Preferences
4. Look at the dropdown/comboboxes with an at-spi tool (like sniff)
  
Actual results:
The comboboxes use the name of whatever is currently selected.  If both boxes are set to "Not Set" they both will be named that - making automation difficult.

Expected results:
The comboboxes will have unique, descriptive names that do not change.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.  Product Management has
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for
potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently
deployed products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in
a release.
