Please build the latest prosody package (e.g. from EPEL 6) for EPEL 5.

prosody-0.8.2-5

Additional info:
Please let me know, if you just don't want to be the maintainer for the 
prosody EPEL package...

I do not plan to support EL-5, take ownership for that branch if you want :)
