Description of problem:
Truncation tool tip icon button in Subscription Registration page

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to first boot page via run # firstboot --reconfig on a terminal.
2. On 'Set Up Software Updates' page', select 'I'd like to register now' and Forward.
3. On 'Choose Service' page, select 'Red Hat Subscription Management' and Forward.

Actual results:
Truncation tool tip icon button in Subscription Registration page

Expected results:
Should have no truncation.
