Description of problem: This is a new feature request to have the functionality to electronically have JON create a Red Hat support case for a given inventoried resource via operator/developer request. Simple use case to describe the requested functionality: 1) JVM crashes on a EAP instance 2) JON Operator/Developers select a given EAP instance to electronically gather the environmental's of the EAP instance(Platform OS/version, EAP/version, JDK/version) and electronically opens a support case to Red Hat support. 3) Any additional pertinent information needed would be added via the standard Red Hat support site. e.g. JVM dump file and server.log Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
