as Yuko mentioned, it seems that the problem is either a non-maximized browser window or low resolution. it is a general problem that we have in English as well, and in several main-tabs, and it should be addressed globally in the context of bug 818051. closing. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 818051 ***
