Just to confirm - this error is seen when the server is started AFTER the installation is completed and the installer has closed/exited - yes?
What install path are you using?
Looking at the screenshot, it seems that the installer is failing to launch the server. The machine seems slow, I assume this is a VM / another timing issue at this point. We are working on it.
Yes this is VM.
I Saw this on a physical machine in the Brno lab a while ago. But this issues seems to be not 100% reproducible.
I am not able to get an installation to even get to this point - on Windows 7 installs I am blocked 100% of the time by this bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1015423
