A couple of questions:

1) Did you click on the New Product button multiple times before it got stuck?
2) Where there errors in the backend?

Comment 3 Kedar Bidarkar 2013-10-10 13:32:17 UTC
1) Nope,

2) Yup there are errors in backend, it throws erros related to Nomethod just even for navigating to products page.

Ok me attaching katello-debug shortly.

Comment 5 Kedar Bidarkar 2013-10-10 13:37:31 UTC
Didn't upload the katello-debug earlier as it was very easily reproducible.

Comment 6 Eric Helms 2013-10-11 18:02:20 UTC
I believe this issue was related to the same RABL template error that this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1017399 addressed. Moving to POST for verification.

Comment 7 Kedar Bidarkar 2013-10-16 11:12:31 UTC
We are now able to create Products and no longer face this issue.
