Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

We have separate bz's for "Registered" value.. Just linking it here:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1015425 for "Registered" value

1019250: Fix missing/bad system info
Fixed missing system info and fixed system type field. Also, copied memory and
memory_in_gigabytes from app/models/glue/candlepin/consumer.rb to system info
controller to format memory.

Comment 6 Sachin Ghai 2013-10-24 07:08:13 UTC
Verified with MDP2 snap7:

- Registered value is correctly displayed
- Type correctly displayed as guest for guest node.

Comment 7 Sachin Ghai 2013-10-24 07:10:39 UTC
But following information under 'System Properties' is still missing:

OS
Release
Arch
RAM

Please see the screenshot. RAM value is displayed as '0' which is incorrect.

missing sys_info in snap7

Comment 9 David Davis 2013-10-24 14:49:18 UTC
Contacted Jason. This line from BZ 101611 is missing:

https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/3100/files#diff-8bfef1cc3f3ab222fb957a4c93757140R29

Which is causing this to fail.

Comment 10 David Davis 2013-10-24 14:50:36 UTC
Actually that should be BZ 1016114 and not BZ 101611.

Comment 11 David Davis 2013-10-24 15:26:12 UTC
This should be fixed in the next compose.

Comment 14 Sachin Ghai 2013-10-28 07:06:22 UTC
Verified with Snap7 compose2 (MPD2)
