Description of problem:

reading the getting started guide here:

https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_OpenStack/3/html-single/Getting_Started_Guide/index.html

and looking at the packstack options in table 4.1.

The default value for the option CONFIG_QUANTUM_OVS_BRIDGE_MAPPINGS seems to be off a bit.  I believe the value listed should be something like:

physnet1:br-eth1

or closer to that.  Seems like the current default value for that option actually belongs to this option: CONFIG_QUANTUM_OVS_VLAN_RANGES
