Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Cause: BIND in RHEL is compiled with other library for IDN support, than used by upstream. Consequence: The 'dig' tool man page had IDN library specific options. Since in RHEL we use different library, some options did not function as expected. As a result, users were unable to disable IDN support in 'dig' following steps from the man page. Fix: 'dig' man page has been modified to include options of the IDN library we use in RHEL, rather than of the library used by upstream. Result: Users are now able to disable IDN support in 'dig' following steps from the man page.
