Nothing. This warning is just telling you that your rpmdb doesn't contain the gpg-key installed with with which this rpm was signed, i.e. that your installation's rpmdb isn't set up for Fedora 19. I am closing this bug, because this has nothing to do with Coin2.
This message is a notice that Fedora 19 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 19.
