Description of problem:

Add the contents of the gluster module, https://github.com/redhat-openstack/puppet-openstack-storage , under /usr/share/openstack-puppet/modules/gluster in the openstack-puppet-modules rpm.

This is needed for gluster client/server configuration in puppet manifests.
