Could we add python3 support to isodate? Looking at adding python3 to python-rdflib. Suse seem to be having success with 2to3. thanks
I have a branch that enables python3 support (and update it to 0.5.0) for python-isodate at https://github.com/dbs/python-isodate/tree/python3 - just a single commit. This is blocking a python3 version of python-rdflib, so it is of some interest to me. I would be willing to be a co-maintainer of this package if that's needed.
I added another commit to my branch that adds a %check section so that we run the unit tests for python-isodate.
And one more commit to remove the python-setuptools-devel BR per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Remove_Python-setuptools-devel (bug 1076443)
And another commit to explicitly version the __python macros, per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Macros
