Support configuration of both SPICE and VNC console at the same time which allows seamless switching of console protocol and clients at the VM runtime.

Note that the initial fix for this bug had a negative side effect: the vm.display property wasn't populated in the VM representations returned by add and update operations. That was fixed by the following patch:

  restapi: Adjust display details when adding or updating VMs
  https://gerrit.ovirt.org/40679

While verifying this bug please make sure to check that the vm.display property is always correctly populated, specially in the VM representation returned when adding or updating a VM.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
