Description of problem:

Replace "GLuster" with "Gluster" in "Add Event Notification" under Users tab.  

Examples:

* Added GLuster Hook
* Removed GLuster Hook

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.2-0.25.master.el6_5


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Users"
2. Click on the sub-tab "Event Notifier" and click on "Manage Events"
3. Expand: Gluster Hook Events:

Actual results: 
Following is seen:

* Added GLuster Hook
* Removed GLuster Hook

Expected results:

1. Replace the word "GLuster" with "Gluster" wherever required.
2. Remove the following if NOT required.
      "Gluster Volume Replace Brick Failed"
