Title: Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Repository Configuration

Describe the issue:

Per the beta announcement the RHELOSP 4 offering enables a number of additional channels:

Suggestions for improvement:

The guide should highlight the need to enable the required channels, and the availability of the optional ones.

Discussed w martinl, em to SG re terminology, beta->4.0 name changes, Classic not supported according to GSG and ICG.

Also need to change 2.1.2.4. Red Hat OpenStack Repository Configuration to 2.1.2.4. Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Repository Configuration.
