Description of problem: yelp doesn't own /usr/share/help Mate desktop switch to using yelp with f21. During renaming reviews of some mate-packages for f21 i stumbled about this problem. IE. atril, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1043297#c3 Yelp is the first package which use /usr/share/help for both desktops gnome and mate. This directory should be owned by yelp itself, otherwise we get 'yum provides' issues in mate if gnome isn't installed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): lattest How reproducible: see fedora-review results Additional info: I get this issue in several review results for renaming mate apps. In one of theme brasero own this directory which is complete wrong. Thank you

I don't think it makes sense to have every package that installs something to /usr/share/help depend on yelp, just for the directory ownership. The two options I see here are: 1) Have the 'filesystem' package own /usr/share/help and the subdirectories, or 2) Have each individual package that installs files in /usr/share/help also own the directories there.
