Description of problem:

This will include these following fixes:

* https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1056216 - Change initial connection behavior for cluster connection
(There's a support case where a cluster connection keeps retrying even though the node will never come back.. simple fix).

* https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HORNETQ-1309 - Implementing syncs between page and journal for non-tx-send and paging

This one is for a Customer, where syncs on page.send could get out of sync on the counters.



Reapplying HORNETQ-1242: this is also for a customer requiring back compatibility towards EAP 5.3
