Description of problem:
Trying to export a template with already a template with the same name in the export domain fails even activating Force Override.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.4.0-0.2.master.20140112020439.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a environment with an export domain
2. Create a VM/Create a template from that VM
3. Export that template to the Export Domain
4. Try to export the same domain with Force Override


Actual results:
Error while executing action:
template_vm01:
    Cannot export Template. The Storage Domain already contains the target disk(s).

Expected results:
Template is exported and overwrites the old template.

Setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please
do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are
reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.

No, we have several jobs that run that can of test, 3.2 and 3.3 and this doesn't happen there. I manually run it in 3.3. just in case. I will add the logs too.
