Description of problem:

	Newly created bookmarks in Web admin portal does not work unders ome
	circumstances.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

	rhevm-webadmin-portal-3.2.5-0.49.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible:

	100%

Steps to Reproduce:

	- Log i nto the Web admin portal

	- Click on "Data Centers" in left pane.

	- Click on Bookmarks

	- Create a new bookmark
		name: test
		Search string: vms: Vm01

	- click on the newly created bookmark

Actual results:
	
	Menu edit and remove are not available.
	Bookmark is not applied.

Expected results:
	
	Menu is available
	Bookmark works

Additional info:

        The same tested for 3.3 (the same result)

bookmarks are not working *by design* when something other than System is selected in the system tree. However, we understand the problematic user experience aspect, we will work on improving it (see comments in ovirt bug 1057141)
