Description of problem:
failed to modify product of Retention Tag repeatedly on job page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
beaker-devel Version 0.15.4.git.18.9a76e9d

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open one job page and modify the Retention Tag from '120days' to 'active', and select product 'cpe:/a:redhat:cloudforms:2.0'.
2. then modify  the Retention Tag from 'active' to '120days', and click 'clear the product'.
3. then modify  the Retention Tag from  '120days' to 'active+1', and select product 'cpe:/a:redhat:cloudforms:3.1' this time.
4. check the modified product of Retention Tag

Actual results:
still 'cpe:/a:redhat:cloudforms:2.0'.

Expected results:
should be 'cpe:/a:redhat:cloudforms:3.1'

reconsider the severity, decide to reset to mediam.
