Description of problem:
it is not possible to uncheck Display/Migration network in Manage Networks dialog (see screenshot)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clusters -> Default -> Logical Networks -> Manage Networks
2. Check Display Network checkbox and Migration Network checkbox for ovirtmgmt network (see screenshot)


Actual results:
It is not possible to uncheck Display Network checkbox and Migration Network checkbox

Expected results:
Display Network checkbox and Migration Network checkbox can be unchecked and Display/Migration role gets removed from relevant network

As part of fixing Bug 1023722, the checkbox for the network roles were replaced with a radio button, which by their nature should have only one of them selected.

There is a standing patch [1] (yet verified) as part of that bug fix, that will select an explicit network for each role (by default the management network). 
From that point, there won't be a way to unset a role of network, only by assigning him to another network.
