Description of problem:

when engine runs out of MAC addresses on New VM creation GUI shows error message, but the error message is hidden behind "guide me" dialog instead of being brought to focus

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Version: 3.4.0-0.2.master.el6ev

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. limit number of MACs engine can use by: engine-config -s MaxMacsCountInPool=5
2. restart engine
3. Virtual Machines New VM assign six vNICs to the VM, click OK

Actual results:
when engine runs out of MAC addresses on New VM creation it shows error message, but the error message is hidden behind "guide me" dialog instead of being brought to focus

Expected results:
perfect solution would be to be able to assign only as many vNICs as there are free MACs at the moment

but bringing present warning message into proper focus will help this issue as well
