Currently all of the translations in PressGang are required to be under one project. However this can cause issues when the same english string is used in different projects/contexts. As such we should provide a way to push translations to different projects.

It has been suggested by the Zanata team to use "domain" level grouping for translations to help with reuse. So you'd have something like a JBoss, RHEL and RHEV project to push to.
