Do you want me to create a rhel-7 branch for python-blinker so that it will be available in epel? Scratch builds only available to a defined time period so in future you may have to rebuild same package.
Yes, this ticket is about requesting epel7 branch and executing the build. I did the scratch build to show you that it should be easily doable.

The request is invalid, it should be done in the original review request for python-blinker (bug 724857). Additionally the branch name is not rhel7, but epel7. Please clear the fedora-cvs flag on this bug and request the branch in the review ticket (without opening it).
