Description of problem:
cannot edit network settings on host since the pencil icon in Setup Host Networks does not work

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hosts -> your host -> Network Interfaces -> Setup Host Networks
2. click on pencil icon of any network under "Assigned Logical Networks"


Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
edit network dialog should open
