Description of problem:
Creating a template, then exporting it and re-importing it to the same domain (as clone) causes the imported template to become a subversion of the original template

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhevm-3.4.0-0.3.master.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
setup with 1 data domain, 1 export domain, vm with 1 disk
1. Create template from vm
2. export template
3. import template (as clone) to domain

Actual results:
imported template becomes subversion of the original tempalte

Expected results:
template should not be a subversion
