Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create export storage and export some template there.
2. Remove this template from engine and leave it on export domain only.
3. Import this template to engine with clone checkbox checked.

Actual results:

    Cannot copy Template. The relevant Template doesn't exist.

Expected results:
template is imported

I've also encountered this issue in av4.1. I've tried in av5 but seems to work though.

fixed by template versions fixes in bug 1073019. Please give it a try on av5+
