Description of problem: Fabric Group Plugin is misconfigured and cannot be enabled 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 3.2.1 aka JON 3.2 CP1
and
JON 3.2 GA 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://<YOURJONSERVER>:7080/coregui/#Administration/Configuration/ServerPlugins
2. Try to enable Fabric Group Plugin 
3.

Actual result:
Error in server.log 
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Fabric profile groups server plugin is misconfigured - User Name property is not set
	at org.jbosson.plugins.fuse.FabricProfileGroupsComponent.initialize(FabricProfileGroupsComponent.java:98)
	at org.rhq.enterprise.server.plugin.pc.ServerPluginManager.loadPlugin(ServerPluginManager.java:190) [rhq-server.jar:4.9.0.JON320GA-redhat-1]
	... 141 more

Expected results:
Fabric Group Plugin can be enabled and/or no illegal argument exceptions in server.log when trying to do so.

Additional info:
Same behavior in JON 3.2 GA.  not related to CP1

Also ... this is a "silent" error with no visual indication in the UI of the error.  That should be fixed to.

Moving to 3.2.0 as this is a GA issue and was not specific to 3.2.1 (AKA CP01).

Removing target release so this gets appropriate triage. Possibly needs re-assignment/move to Fuse bug tracker.
