The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Update the ca-certificates packages to version 1.97 as released with NSS 3.16

This is to refresh the systemwide list of root CA certificates that is used by many applications.

See also bug 1103253, which rebased for rhel 7.1.0 - I don't know how to proceed for 7.0.z. Either use this one for 7.0.z - or close this one and clone bug 1103253 for 7.0.z
