Description of problem:

The perl-GnuPG-Interface package in rawhide is broken:
c.f. https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/perl-devel/2014-March/085515.html

Seemingly, GnuPG-Interface-0.50 introduced new deps on modules which are not in Fedora, with these new deps not having been reflected into perl-GnuPG-Interface.spec.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-GnuPG-Interface-0.50

Expected results:
No broken deps.

Additional info:
AFAIS, MooX::late, MooX::HandlesVia and Data::Perl are missing.
