Description of problem:
 Annoyingly large popup box, just as you go to click a link

  firefox.x86_64 0:28.0-3.fc20
  

How reproducible:
  100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pick random web page
2. place cursor over link
3.

Actual results:
 popup box, grey backgound, "Link to:" and text of the Title from the link in the top left corner


Expected results:


Additional info:
 Source file had body/div/nav/ul/li/a for the link I looked at.
