Prior to this update, Qpid would attempt to reconnect to a broken message broker, even though multiple hosts were configured. With this update, reconnect() selects the next broker in the list for each connection attempt.

@Steven, upstream checks fail. Can you check why? It seems that it's something about documentation not generated, but still, are there any plans to fix that in u/s? I would think that it's just a matter of cherry-picking some patch for e.g. requirements.txt or similar trivial thing.
