Hi Nichola, 

That wording is in the JBoss EAP 6.3 installer screen. 

I am not an English major, so I did some research. It semes American, Canadian, and British may have different usages. 

I checked multiple online dictionaries and 'alternate' is commonly used as an adjective. From the online dictionary: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/alternate?s=t

     constituting an alternative: The alternate route is more scenic. 

I also found this: http://grammarist.com/usage/alternate-alternative/

* An alternate is something or someone that serves in place of another. 
* An alternative is a second option that does not replace the first.

In this case, doesn't one replace the other?

As I said before, I'm not an English major, so if I misunderstand this issue, which is entirely possible, let me know and I'll enter a bug for the installer. :-)
