Title: Start a Server Using the Management Console
and also title: Stop a Server Using the Management Console

Describe the issue:
Procedures 2.5 a 2.6: there is no list "Server Instances", server can be picked using "Change Server" button. Server is started/stopped using the options which appears hovering over over server group (first column) in "Topology" tab.

Also the note that this procedure is valid only for the domain mode is missing.

Suggestions for improvement:
Change the prodedures according to the description above.

This was fixed under bug 1019119. The instructions were changed to reflect the latest UI.
