In httpd24-1.1-9.el7 all the httpd24-apr* packages are obsoleted. This will work in most cases, but in some corner cases (like upgrading from rhel-6 to rhel-7) it could be wrong. This is not much important isssue, so postponing for rhscl-2.1 as bz1218271.
