Reproduce bug with qemu-img-rhev-1.5.3-60.el7ev.x86_64 & qemu-kvm-rhev-1.5.3-60.el7ev.x86_64

According to test result above. this bug is fixed. but since it miss "vhdx" and "iscsi" in qemu-img supported format list for qemu-img-rhev-2.1.0-3.el7ev.preview. so QE filed a new bug 1122778 to track it
