Description of problem:

Packstack semi dist' setup, Glance-api.conf  qpid_hostname=localhost, Glance can't upload images. 

When I update qpid_hostname = <qpid's_IP>, restart Glance services works.

How reproducible:
Not sure, probably any time Glance isn't configured together with qpid.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use packstack to deploy semi dist' setup, remote Glance server
2. Try to upload an image, fails see attached log
3. Update qpid_hostname parameter, restart services.
4. Image upload works.

Actual results:

Failed to upload image

Expected results:

Should upload image successfully

Related bug 1020002, qpid parameter name incorrect (notice it's also set to localhost).

Packstack does not support hostnames in RHOS-5.
