You need to update to dnf-plugins-core-0.0.7-1.fc21.noarch sudo dnf update dnf-plugins-core --enablerepo=rawhide It is not in F20 yet.

Same here, I get "Failed loading plugin: copr" with dnf-plugins-core-0.0.8-2.fc20.noarch, too. Solved this issue by installing the package python-requests manually. See also: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1104088
