Hello. I am probably experiencing the same problem. Using kdm + fvwm. May 9 13:23:19 lin systemd-logind: New session 6 of user vopicka. After *downgrading* the following packages the problem is away: libkworkspace ksysguard-libs kgreeter-plugins kde-style-oxygen kdm kcm_colors kde-workspace-libs kde-workspace ksysguardd webkitgtk3 kdm-themes perl-Test-Harness libwebkit2gtk ksysguard 2:microcode_ctl webkitgtk kdm So maybe the culprit is one of these.
re-asigned to kdebase for the moment.
OK, I think I know the cause for this. update on test on the way shortly.

Had this issue on Fedora 20 with the latest KDM from updates and E17 Session. I did no thave kde-workspace installed but still installed the patched one from updates-testing (which pulled kdm and other stuff). It's all working fine after! systemctl restart kdm.service Thanks
