Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change parent plan to a new plan via tree view tab.
2.Refresh the log tab page.
3.Check the log detail.

Actual results:
There is a new log about change parent plan insert into the log list, while the page show the tips: Change Log of removing test case.

Expected results:
There is a new log about change parent plan insert into the log list, while the page does not show the tips: Change Log of removing test case.

Additional info:
1.Enable|disable plan also insert log into log list.
2.When change parent plan via treeview tab will insert a log into log list, while change parent plan via editing plan will not insert a log int log list.
