Description of problem:
bug 1075123 introduces some fixes for NFSv4, which oVirt should support.
VDSM's build should require this version

3.5.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install VDSM with yum

Expected results:
kernel-2.6.32-465 or above should be required.

Fedora has >3.0.0 kernels for quite some time, this bug is not really relevant.
