Description:

Today in Cinder, every operation happens at the volume level.  Consistency Groups are needed for Data Protection (snapshots, backups) and Remote Replication.  This blueprint will be introducing Consistency Groups and focusing on snapshots in the first phase.  Detailed design is in the following etherpad.  This blueprint could also have a dependency on the group construct blueprint.

This RFE is works only for the EMC drivers and it need VNX snapshot license (which we don't have at the moment). We can't test it until we'll get the license.
