Description of problem: I had logged in had an open konsole window , Thunderbird and firefox. The browser had open a page for www.google.com and on that page it had a link to install Chrome I thought it would take me to another page where it would allow me to select the operating system etc.. But it didn't when I clicked on it the screen when black no error messages to the screen and I had to hard boot to get back up.
